mental health and child and adolescent psychiatry.
As part of Saint John of God Community Services Clg., Liffey Services
supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active
participants within the community that they live. Saint John of God
Community Services Clg., Liffey Services invites applications for the
post of Programme Manager, Residential Services. This is a critical
leadership position and offers potential candidates a unique

REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant nursing, clinical, or healthcare qualificaton, preferably
at Masters level.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a management position of which
three should ideally be in the Disability Sector.
* Recognised management qualification, preferably to degree/diploma
level is preferable.
* Evidence of continuous professional development required.
* In depth knowledge of all relevant and appropriate legislation,
statutory regulations and publications in the area of intellectual
disability.
* Good ICT knowledge and skills.
* Experience/knowledge of working in a change environment
preferable.
* Proven experience of supporting residents and families
transitioning from a congregated setting to community setting
desirable.
* Clear understanding of, and commitment to, contemporary service
delivery approaches.
* To accept the role of Provider Nominee as and when required.
